- Examination of witnesses (adopt the method of “session’s trials” and assign block dates for examination of witnesses)
- Workload of cases on Court
- Access to Narcotics laboratories
- Personnel
- Re-testing Provisions
- Monitoring of the NDPS cases
- Availability of Public Prosecutors
- Other recommendations: For the simplification of the above detailed process u/s 207 CrPC, we direct that the filing of the charge-sheet and supply of other documents must also be provided in electronic form.
