*1-4-23 ko wife ne husband and 8 others ke khilaf DV u/s 12 file kiya

*Husband ko aaj din tak court se kisi date per appear hone ka 
notice nahi mila, koi belif ki 
report nahi, koi police  ki report 
nahi, wife ne 2-3 bar dasti liya per
janbuzhkar tamil nahi karwayi 
gayi, naksha talwana pesh nahi kiya, ye abhi order sheet per dekhne se pata chala, har bar , last tak  court ka order tha issue notice to  R1(husband)

*30-3-2026 ko wife ne court me application diya ki Husband Kshitij Family court me regular aa raha per DV case me nahi ,na notice tamil le raha. ye likha ki husband ne 2024 me family Court me S340 crpc ki application lagai thi jisme usne khud likha ki DV case no 1395/23 soniya v.kshitij file kiya h ,hence usko case ki jankari h to notice tamil mani jawe.
fir 14-8-26 ko court ne application accept kar ex party order Kiya and next date14-10-26 rakhi h, ab hamare pass qua legal options h ki Order recall ho, hame hearing ka moka mile, cost laga sakte h, conditions dale, hume sunwayi ka moka mile, yadi koi galti h to kshama, mera koi erada nahi na appear hone ki, mai akela rahta hu udaipur me rent per, muzhe kabhi koi notice nahi mili, 

mere address per 125 crpc, HC ki notice, sec 498a ki notice etc jab bhi mili mai appear huwa, wife ne janbuzhkar notice nahi bhijwayi, ADR, councelling kai bar huyi ,wife ne s9 hma lagaya, har bar gaflat me rakha

pl help for preparing Recall application,ready to pay fee.
