Uttarakhand Compulsory Marriage Registration Act, 2010
This is the enactment which mandates compulsory registration of Marriages in Uttarakhand u/s
3. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force of in any custom or usage to the contrary, all the marriages solemnized in the State after the commencement of this Act shall be registered within ninety days of solemnization of marriage in such manner as may be prescribed.

Manipur Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2008
This is the enactment which mandates compulsory registration of Marriages in Manipur u/s
3. Every Marriage in the State to be Registered— After the date on which the provisions of this Act have been brought into force under sub-section (3) of section 1, every marriage contracted in the State shall be compulsorily registered in the manner provided in section 5.

Mizoram Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2007
This is the enactment which mandates compulsory registration of Marriages in Mizoram u/s
3. EVERY MARRIAGE IN THE STATE TO BE REGISTERED
After the date on which the provisions of this Act have been brought into force under sub-section (3) of section, every marriage contracted in the State shall be compulsorily registered in the manner provided in section 5.

Telangana Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2002
This is the enactment which mandates compulsory registration of Marriages in Telangana u/s
Section 7.(1) After the commencement of Act, every marriage performed in the State shall be registered under this Act in the manner provided in section 8 notwithstanding the fact the said marriage had been entered in the Marriage Registers governed by the any other personal laws of the bride or bridegroom or customs and traditions.
(2) This Act does not apply to the Marriages already registered with the Registrar of Marriages appointed by the Government.
